Biking Brotherhood Club – Road Trip Participation Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Biking Brotherhood Club! We are a community of motorcycle enthusiasts who share a passion for riding and exploring new destinations together. To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and understanding of all our members, we ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating in any road trips organized by our club.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in any road trip organized by Biking Brotherhood Club, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the road trips.
Eligibility and Requirements
To participate in our road trips, you must:
- Be a valid member of Biking Brotherhood Club.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
- Have a motorcycle that meets all local legal requirements and is in good working condition.
- Wear appropriate safety gear, including but not limited to helmets, gloves, and protective clothing.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and understand that motorcycle riding involves risks of injury, death, and property damage. By participating in a road trip, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with motorcycle riding. You also acknowledge that the club is not responsible for the safety of the routes chosen or the actions of other participants.
Liability Release
You hereby release Biking Brotherhood Club, its officers, members, and agents from any claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the road trips. This release includes, but is not limited to, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage incurred during the road trip.
Responsibility for Mishaps
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any mishaps, accidents, or injuries that may occur during a road trip. You are joining the road trip at your own risk and with full knowledge of the potential hazards. You are responsible for your own insurance and for ensuring that your motorcycle is adequately insured.
Behavior and Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes safety, respect, and enjoyment for all. Reckless driving, illegal activities, and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the road trip and/or the club.
Changes and Cancellations
Biking Brotherhood Club reserves the right to cancel or alter planned road trips at any time due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Acceptance
By participating in a road trip organized by Biking Brotherhood Club, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.
